WQB Mold Removal's Wilsonville attic service pairs mold treatment with the ventilation diagnosis most Wilsonville, OR attic problems actually need.
We built this as its own specialty because attic work brings different hazards and different root causes than living-space mold.
What sets our Attic Mold Removal crew apart in Wilsonville.
Attic work brings its own hazards, and our crews are equipped specifically for it. We check attic insulation R-value while we're already up there assessing the mold.
We check soffit intake, ridge exhaust, and any bath or kitchen fans venting into the space. Our Wilsonville roof-access gear meets standard safety protocol for working above living space.
Insulation with active mold contamination typically can't be cleaned and gets removed and replaced. We check attic insulation R-value while we're already up there assessing the mold.
When roof access allows it, much of an attic job can be done without disturbing your living space below. Our Wilsonville roof-access gear meets standard safety protocol for working above living space.
Every Wilsonville job gets scoped to the specific problem, not a generic checklist.
We test the treated sheathing afterward to confirm the surface came back to normal.
Blocked soffit vents or missing ridge ventilation disrupt the airflow that's supposed to keep an attic dry.
A shockingly common Wilsonville culprit: bathroom exhaust fans venting directly into the attic instead of outside through the roof or wall.
Insulation touching an actively moldy roof deck gets bagged and removed rather than treated in place.
Every treated surface gets HEPA-vacuumed to remove loose spore material before any sealant or coating is applied.
This final check is what separates a real fix from a Wilsonville job that looks good for six months and then doesn't.
We keep this simple enough to explain before you book.
A quick call helps our Wilsonville dispatcher send the right equipment on the first visit. We'll give you a realistic arrival window rather than a vague estimate.
Our nearest available crew heads straight to your Wilsonville address with the gear this job actually needs. We arrive in marked vehicles with everything needed to start the assessment right away.
You'll know the full scope and price before we touch anything in your Wilsonville property. Nothing gets added later that wasn't discussed and approved upfront.
You get documentation proving the work was completed to standard. Any follow-up questions get answered on the spot, not routed to voicemail.

Attic mold treated without fixing the ventilation behind it tends to come back, so we handle both in one Wilsonville visit.

The questions we hear most about attic mold.
Condensation from trapped warm, humid air is often the real culprit, especially in colder months.
Only insulation that's been contaminated and can't be cleaned gets removed and replaced — we're not looking to upsell a full attic redo.
Some Wilsonville attics only have an interior hatch, in which case we'll take care to protect flooring and furnishings along the path.
Jobs requiring insulation replacement can run a day or two longer.
Sealing those gaps is sometimes part of the fix alongside the mold treatment itself.
